1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions must be thoroughly reviewed by you ("User," "player," or "Connecting Wallet") prior to using MarvinCat’s Services or products.

1.2. By accessing MarvinCat.xyz, you are considered to have accepted and bound by these terms and conditions. Please refrain from accessing the website (MarvinCat.xyz.) if you do not entirely agree to our terms and conditions.

1.3. By connecting your Wallet to MarvinCat.xyz, you accept and agree to adhere to our terms and conditions.

1.4. MarvinBets administration reserves all rights to amend any of these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the "user" to stay updated on any changes and to frequently visit these pages for updates.

1.5. MarvinBets administration will notify users of any major updates to these terms and conditions.

1.6. MarvinBets reserves the right to assign a part or the entirety of this agreement at any time without notice. You may not transfer or assign this agreement in any way.

1.7. All decisions made by the administrators of MarvinBets are final.

2. Requirements to Access MarvinBets Services

2.1. You must be over 18 years of age or meet the minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of your residence.

3. Account Registration and Wallet Connection to MarvinBets Services

3.0.1. Users who register via email must verify their account (via email) within thirty days (30 days). An OTP will be sent to your email address upon completing the sign-up.

3.0.2. Upon receipt of your application, we may request further information and/or documentation from you to comply with regulatory and legal obligations.

3.0.3. Only one account per email address, wallet, etc., is permitted. It is necessary to indicate correct and real names. MarvinBets does not allow the usage of Multiple Accounts, wallets, addresses, or emails. Users who use multiple accounts may have their accounts frozen, terminated, and funds restricted.

3.0.4. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a registration application from any applicant at our sole discretion and without obligation to communicate a specific reason.

3.0.5. Before using the Service, you must personally complete the registration form and read and accept these Terms. We may require you to become a verified Customer which includes passing certain checks.

3.0.6. If you register via email, you must provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address ("Registered Email Address"), and update such information in the future to keep it accurate.

3.1. Registration

3.1.1. You are required to connect your wallet to MarvinBets before any wagers can be placed.

3.1.2. MarvinBets does not allow any form of autonomous algorithms and/or programmed devices to participate in gameplay.

3.1.3. Please do not reveal your seed phrase, private key, or details to anyone. Martinets' administration will not contact you first to request these details.

3.2. Deposits

3.2.1. MarvinBets accepts various forms of virtual currencies ($MARVIN, $USDC, $SOL, $USDT) to participate in the website’s games.

3.2.2. To deposit virtual currencies into your account, you can transfer virtual currencies from your personal wallets or other virtual currencies related accounts.

3.2.3. We reserve the right to forfeit any positive balance on your account in case of a reset of the wager or any actions related to duplicate accounts, conspiracies, fraud, criminal activity, or fakes.

3.2.4. Funds originating from criminal and/or illegal and/or unauthorized activities must not be deposited to the site (MarvinCat.xyz).

3.3. First-time Player Deposit Bonus

3.3.1. $MARVIN is an in-house incentive currency that players earn when they make a deposit for the first time.

3.3.2. $MARVIN can be swapped for any supported stablecoins such as USDT or USDC at a market rate.

3.3.3. $MARVIN is transferable and withdrawable.

3.3.4. $MARVIN can be unlocked over a period of wagering based on the formula.

3.3.5. MarvinBets reserves all rights to amend the terms and conditions and usages of MARVIN as deemed necessary.

3.3.6. Any form of fraudulent, multiple account creations, and any forms of malicious activities that abuse the $MARVIN promotion may result in your account being terminated, and your accounts and funds confiscated.

3.4. Withdrawals

3.4.1. Withdrawals shall be made to your wallet address.

3.4.2. In the event of an incorrect crediting of deposit to your wallet due to any reason, you are not allowed to withdraw these virtual currencies, and it is your responsibility to notify the administrators and return these virtual currencies back to us.

3.4.3. Users are fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to their winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of the player’s residence.

3.4.4. Withdrawals may be delayed due to certain events such as congested blockchain networks, or other administrative reasons. Users are aware and accept that all withdrawal requests require a fee which is indicated clearly.

3.4.5. In case your winning is $50,000 or more, MarvinBets reserves the right to pay the winning in equal parts until the amount is fully dispersed.

3.4.6. MarvinBets withdrawal processing may take up to but is not limited to 7 days, and in some cases, this duration may be extended for a longer period pending investigations.

4. Your Representations and Authorities

You hereby declare and warrant, covenant, and agree as follows:

4.1. Your use of MarvinBets is at your sole discretion and risk.

4.2. You participate in the Games and Services only on behalf of yourself.

4.3. All information provided to MarvinBets during the validity of this agreement is true, complete, and accurate.

6.4. Bets and winnings acquired during a game malfunction are deemed void. Subsequent engagement in games or services utilizing funds from malfunctioning games will likewise be void.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

7.2. Disputes and complaints concerning users' gaming activities, platform functionality, and related matters will be duly investigated within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of occurrence.

8. User Conduct

8.1. To ensure the protection of all our Customers, any unlawful, inappropriate, or objectionable content or conduct on the Service is strictly prohibited ("Prohibited Behavior").

8.2. Engagement in Prohibited Behavior may lead to immediate termination of your Account or access to the Service, without prior notice. Legal action may also be initiated against violators.

8.3. Prohibited Behaviour includes, but is not limited to, accessing, or using the Service to:

8.3.1. Conduct any unlawful or illegal activity, such as, but not limited to, any activity that furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise, violates another Customer's or any other third party’s privacy or other rights or that creates or spreads computer viruses;

8.3.2. Transmit or make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, lewd, violent, hateful, or racially or ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

8.3.3. Transmit or make available any content that the user does not have a right to make available under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship, including without limitation, any content that infringes a third party’s copyright, trademark or other intellectual property and proprietary rights;

8.3.4. Interfere with, disrupt or reverse engineer the Service in any manner, including, without limitation, intercepting, emulating or redirecting the communication protocols used by us, creating or using cheats, mods or hacks or any other software designed to modify the Service, or using any software that intercepts or collects information from or through the Service;

8.3.5. Retrieve or index any information from the Service using any robot or another automated mechanism;

8.3.6. Participate in any activity or action that, in the sole and entire unfettered discretion of us results or may result in another Customer being defrauded or scammed;

8.3.7. Transmit or make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or mass mailing such as, but not limited to, junk mail, instant messaging, "spam", chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other forms of solicitations;

8.3.8. Create multiple accounts on the website and/or mobile application by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretences;

8.3.9. Impersonation of another Customer or any other third party;

8.3.10. Usage of cheating and unfair advantages including but not limited to system malfunction and errors, also using of bots (automatic players) or exploitation of the “errors’;

8.3.11. Criminal activities, including money laundering and other criminal intrusions.

8.4. If you find or suspect that the player is cheating, colluding, or undertaking fraudulent activities, please inform MarvinBets’ representative or support immediately. MarvinBets reserves the right to terminate games or events in each of the above cases and in any other instances to avoid fraud.

8.5. The above list of Prohibited Behaviour is not exhaustive and may be modified by us at any time or from time to time. We reserve the right to investigate and to take all necessary actions as we deem appropriate at our sole under the circumstances, including without limitation deleting the Customer’s posting(s) from the Service and/or terminating their Account, and take any action against any Customer or third party who directly or indirectly in, or knowingly permits any third party to directly or indirectly engage in Prohibited Behaviour, with or without notice to such Customer or third party.

9. Multiple Accounts

The creation of multiple accounts for purposes including collusion, fraud, or Service abuse is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances, including deposits and rewards.

10. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy

We strictly prohibit the utilization of our Service for illicit activities, including money laundering or terrorist financing. Accounts suspected of engaging in such activities may be subject to blocking pending investigation.

11. Withdrawal Policies

Withdrawals may require up to 7 days for processing, and we reserve the right to withhold withdrawals exceeding 10,000 USDT equivalents for verification purposes.

12. Breach of Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms. You agree to indemnify Marvin against any claims arising from your breach of this Agreement.

13. Force Majeure

Marvin shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to events beyond our control. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Service without incurring any liability.
